Nestled in the heart of Melbourne at 215 Queen St, 215 Queen's VENUE HIRE stands out as an alluring multifunctional space combining a vibrant food hall, event venue, and 24-hour karaoke experience. This unique restaurant merges casual dining with lively entertainment, making it an ideal spot for birthday parties, group gatherings, and all-ages functions with guardians present.

The venue’s atmosphere strikes a compelling balance between laid-back charm and dynamic energy. The modern lighting throughout casts a cool vibe, subtly complimenting the functional design of the space. Upstairs, guests can enjoy complimentary karaoke, creating a joyful and interactive layer to the overall experience. This entertainment element has attracted a diverse crowd, especially those who enjoy blending social engagement with quality food and drinks.

The menu is approachable yet diverse, with a focus on comfort and crowd-pleasing staples. Offerings like the kimchi pizza are delightful surprises—combining unexpected flavors in a surprisingly harmonious way. Classic dishes such as Italian-inspired pizzas and creamy chicken pesto pastas reflect the venue’s affinity for familiar tastes, though some variability in food consistency has been noted. The drink selection complements the menu with a range of spirits, sparkling wines, and local beers, catering well to both casual sippers and those looking to celebrate.

215 Queen's is as much about its community feel as it is about cuisine. Staff engagement shines through warm, attentive service that invites guests to relax and enjoy their time. This attention to hospitality fosters a welcoming environment that suits meetups, casual nights out, and special events alike. While the space could benefit from a bit of refreshment and more streamlined reservation handling, these minor hiccups do little to detract from the overall positive vibe and guest satisfaction.

The BYO allowance paired with an all-ages policy (with guardians) makes this a versatile spot for celebrating milestones or savoring a late-night meal paired with spontaneous karaoke sessions. Its central city location enhances accessibility, drawing in locals and visitors around the clock.

In essence, 215 Queen's is a reliable, fun, and convivial destination for those seeking more than just a meal. Whether it’s a birthday bash, an after-hours hangout, or simply an opportunity to try something new, this venue offers a lively, engaging setting anchored by approachable food, spirited drinks, and memorable experiences.

Really loved the chips here and Will was super friendly. We came in around 10pm and were still able to cook for us. There was also an offer for free karaoke at the first floor! As a Filipino we couldn’t resist and we sang a few songs before eating

I discover this place by chance and I'm not disappointed, the setting is warm and friendly and the staff are welcoming ! The "must try" dish is definitely the kimchi pizza, which is a very surprising mix, but very good, I really loved it. I particularly recommend the matcha milkshake, which is very tasty. The events that take place at the restaurant are a great way to meet new people.

215 Queen’s is hands down one of my favorite spots in the city. I come here regularly for meetups, and it’s always a good time when I go and I am always satisfied after. There is a great variety of good food, the atmosphere is always great and the upstairs area is amazing and entertaining and great for having a good time. One of the things that stands out about this place is that the service is warm and friendly and there is a real sense of care behind every detail. It strikes perfectly between fun and inviting while still maintaining professionalism. Whether you are planning a casual night out or something more, 215 queens street is a reliable go to and I highly recommend it.

The vibe: for us staying at Pullman on Swanston, 215 Queens Restaurants is located on Queens Street to the right after crossing Little Burke Street They're open from 5pm till 3am every day while serving a range of standard Italian food and steak options alongside some wines beers and cocktails and a few soft drinks! The space looks a little in need of renovations but the led lights add a cool vibe to the small restaurant. The menu is quite basic but easy to read and choose from and not too overwhelming. Was a little disappointed that the fresh made pasta wasn’t being served at the time we visited. This may not be a normal issue. Was also a little concerned and felt like our reservation wasn’t taken into consideration as we had a reservation but when we arrived they didn’t have the table ready for our reservation and ultimately a couple noticed the issue and offered move to a smaller table to solve the restaurants problem mixing up our reservation of 3, so this was a little disorganised and would recommend that they cater to their reservations better and have a little priority to this department of owning or management of a restaurant. So once the couple left the table out table wasn’t wiped clean (covid conscious should be a priory still especially for Melbourne) we finally received table water which we served ourselves and finally received napkin with fork and knife which we also had to set up ourselves. What we ordered: • 1 x salami pizza • 2 x fettuccine creamy chicken pesto pasta • 1 x virgin mojito (random not on menu) • 1 x fruity Mocktail (random not on menu) • 1 x coke Total cost $99.50 a little overpriced for the quality. Describe food: the pizza was okay but very oily and the base was dry. The 2 chicken pesto pasta weren’t consistent, mine was more creamier then my nieces and her had more pesto then cream… odd. But it was a lovely taste but would have been much better with real pasta . The virgin mojitos was awful. Nothing like a virgin mojitos, the mint was hard and Old and just gross, absolutely no cocktail/Mocktail skills effort with that drink. Service: the waitress was lovely and accommodating, very good customer service skills for someone in hospitality. My favourite thing about the place: 1) the vibe with the led bar. 2) The customer service. Still a decent place to eat in Melbourne
